Goods will only be despatched once cleared payment has been received in full.

When ordering goods from outside of the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which will be applicable in your destination country. Details of these charges will be available from you local customs office. PartCompany has no control over these charges. You agree that you are the sole importer of the product(s) and are responsible for all import duties and taxes, and any related levies for the purchase of your product(s).

If you have a problem with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue with you. If you are not happy with your purchase, you have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. The goods must be returned to us in original condition and packaging, along with any accompanying accessories and gifts.
