Shipments and returns

Your order shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail First Class, Second Class or International Post. Large international packages will be sent via Parcelforce Worldwide.

Delivery times are estimated at:

  • UK 1-2 working days
  • Europe 3-5 working days
  • Rest of the World 5-7 working days

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs and are a fixed price per order. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

International Orders

Please be aware of your local import restrictions and any customs tax payable before ordering goods.

A customs form will be created for any postal address outside of the United Kingdom including ‘Special Territories’, marking goods as ‘Merchandise’ and showing the order purchase price.

We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.

Static Sensitive Devices

Wherever possible, items will be kept in their original packaging and wrapped in anti-static protective materials. Please ensure that you follow ESD precautions when opening and handling devices.

Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if there is a problem with your order and you wish to cancel it.

If your order has already been dispatched, please wait for the order to arrive and follow the returns process below.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please return the items in their original condition within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the amount paid (excluding P&P costs).

Please use the returns process accessible from the Order History of your account.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.
